To ensure a personalised experience, you’ll be sent a thoughtfully-crafted questionnaire. By understanding your business inside and out, I'll gain a clear picture of what's currently happening and your goals and visions for the future. At this stage, I’ll get access to all of the channels you’d like me to audit so I can go behind the scenes and crunch the numbers to craft a strategy that’s data-driven.

3. Audit

It’s time for me to roll up my sleeves and begin auditing the agreed channels. This audit will provide valuable insights and serve as the foundation for crafting a powerful strategy document that will steer your business to success. During the audit, I’ll identify leaks and challenges as well as spot the opportunities to overcome them.

4. Analyse

Next, I’ll present my findings and the Buyer Blueprint on a call. This call is an opportunity for you to ask questions, seek clarification and provide input based on your experience and understanding of your brand and its audience. Together, we’ll fine-tune the strategy to align with your aspirations. You’ll receive all the details of the call including the discussion notes and recording so you can just turn up and be present without having to worry about remembering everything!

5. Aftercare

After 30-days we’ll schedule in a 30-minute check-in call to see how you're getting on with the Buyer Blueprint and discover if you need any additional support or recommendations. If you need more high-touch guidance we can book you in for The Retention Roadmap.
