The Lowdown On The Retention Roadmap

The Retention Roadmap is for when one-off support isn’t enough and you need something longer term. It’s for bigger brands that are intricate and multilayered and have lots of things working simultaneously alongside each other; making it really bloomin’ difficult to identify issues. The Retention Roadmap works by zooming out, looking through the lens of the customer and then going in on a granular level to pinpoint and plan a CRM strategy that can be implemented straight away with a 12 month roadmap to see you through the year and on-going support from me for 3-months.   1. Apply

Fill out an enquiry form and book a discovery call that suits your schedule. My discovery calls are all about understanding a little bit more about if I’m the right fit for your brand and how I can help. Discovery calls are free of charge and are relaxed and informal.

2. Absorb

To ensure a personalised experience, you’ll be sent a thoughtfully-crafted questionnaire. By understanding your business inside and out, I'll gain a clear picture of what's currently happening and your goals and visions for the future. At this stage, I’ll get access to all of the channels you’d like me to audit so I can go behind the scenes and crunch the numbers to craft a strategy that’s data-driven. Once the questionnaire has been completed, we’ll arrange a 30-minute pre-audit call so we can discuss your answers and get completely on the same page.

3. Audit

It’s time for me to roll up my sleeves and begin auditing the agreed channels. This audit will provide valuable insights and serve as the foundation for crafting a powerful strategy document that will steer your business to success. During the audit, I’ll identify leaks and challenges as well as spot the opportunities to overcome them.

4. Analyse

Next, I’ll present my findings and the Buyer Blueprint on a call. This call is an opportunity for you to ask questions, seek clarification and provide input based on your experience and understanding of your brand and its audience. Together, we’ll fine-tune the strategy to align with your aspirations. You’ll receive all the details of the call including the discussion notes and recording so you can just turn up and be present without having to worry about taking notes!

5. Aftercare

For the next 2-months, we’ll have a 60-minute monthly call to discuss how you’re getting on with your Buyer Blueprint. This call is also an opportunity to soundboard ideas, troubleshoot questions and offer general project support.
